This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Award Winning, mental health clustered services, based in Downend, Fishponds, Mangotsfield and Warmley.
We are looking for support workers with mental health experience who are willing to work across the patch in our Supported Living and CQC Registered services. Our team values and culture truly reflect our practice, which is outcomes-focused and person-centred. This vacancy has arisen due to service growth and offers an amazing opportunity for career development.
Strong IT skills and being a driver are preferred, though not essential. The successful candidate/s will have strong values which match our values-based culture. They will be courageous and not afraid of a challenge and will bring their creativity to work with them.
We offer sleep ins, waking nights, core shifts and 1-1 support hours and support is delivered over 7 days a week. We would consider full time or part time applicants.
