As a Business Development Manager, you operate at the heart of our growth strategy. You combine business development with relationship management, working across the full lifecycle from building a strong pipeline of prospects to negotiating and closing complex deals. - Identify, analyze, and pursue new franchise park opportunities, with a strong focus on building a robust pipeline (“funnel”) of prospects, maintaining full accountability and ownership throughout.
- Working towards a structured and focused set of deliverables and KPI’s, lead the full deal lifecycle from initial contact and feasibility analysis through to negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Negotiate complex franchise and management contracts, including renewals and extensions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, park owners, and other key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Support third-party developers and collaborate with development partners to realize new park opportunities.
- Evaluation of current or potential resort real estate value based on capital structure, location, design & layout, facilities, accommodation and commercial agreement structures to maximise real estate owner returns and Landal franchise income.
- Contribute to the continuous optimization of business models and contract structures, ensuring scalability and compliance.
You will spend a significant amount of time on the road, actively networking, spotting opportunities, and building relationships that fuel future growth. Next to that we would love to see you in the office in Norwich.
