About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
About the role
As Delivery Experience Product Manager, you will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery experience across our European marketplace, owning the product roadmap that connects seller fulfilment performance, FBJ (Fulfilled By Joybuy) logistics, and customer-facing delivery promise. You will operate as the single-threaded owner for delivery experience, setting product direction and driving execution against clear input and output metrics across delivery speed, reliability, and cost-to-serve. This role requires a leader who combines strong product judgment with operational depth in logistics, and who can continuously raise the bar on what customers can trust us to deliver.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the delivery experience product roadmap, delivering on speed, reliability, and cost-to-serve targets across UK, DE, FR, and Benelux;
- Define and execute delivery product strategy, grounded in data, prioritising across FBJ logistics capability, seller fulfilment tooling, and customer-facing delivery promise;
- Drive input metrics (on-time delivery rate, fulfilment defect rate, delivery speed by category/geography, seller fulfilment compliance) to achieve output goals (customer satisfaction, repeat purchase, cost-to-serve);
- Partner with logistics, engineering, and seller operations to build tools and mechanisms that improve seller fulfilment performance and reduce delivery defects;
- Lead a cross-functional team defining requirements, prioritising the roadmap, and shipping delivery experience features end-to-end;
- Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews on delivery performance to drive accountability across logistics and seller-facing teams;
- Partner with global stakeholders (CN product/tech org, country directors) to influence roadmap, allocate resources, and remove structural constraints to delivery performance.
KPIs:
- FBJ adoption: % of catalogue/orders fulfilled via FBJ
- On-time delivery rate: reliability, by market and seller cohort
- Cost-to-serve per order: logistics cost as % of order value
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager within e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain technology.
- Strong understanding of last-mile delivery, fulfilment operations, seller logistics, and customer delivery experience, ideally within a marketplace environment.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, prioritise roadmaps, and deliver customer-facing features with measurable business impact.
- Comfortable analysing complex operational and product data to identify opportunities, prioritise initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Logistics, and commercial teams in a highly cross-functional environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across international organisations.
- Customer-obsessed, analytical, and execution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly.
- Experience working across multiple European markets or within an international organisation is a strong advantage.
