About The Team

You’ll be joining the Joybuy team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spend across channels based on performance and business priorities.
  • Develop and execute the performance marketing strategy across Paid Ads, Affiliate Marketing, and SEO.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant acquisition channels.
  • Own local affiliate partnerships, expanding the publisher network and improving channel performance.
  • Drive organic traffic growth through SEO strategy, including technical SEO, content optimization, and keyword planning.
  • Collaborate with CRM, campaign, and category teams to maximize traffic conversion and campaign effectiveness.
  • Build data tracking and deliver actionable insights to improve acquisition efficiency and business growth.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing within e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, affiliate platforms, and SEO.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience; familiarity with attribution models, experimentation, and marketing measurement.
  • Knowledge and good understanding of local market needs, with good partnership with local affiliate channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
