About Your Program

You’ll be joining the JD Young (JDY) Internship Program, designed to give early-career talent hands-on exposure to real projects, real responsibilities, and real growth. Over 3–6 months, you’ll work alongside experienced teams, build fundamental skills, and gain insights into how a global business operates.

Alongside mentorship and learning experiences your day to day role will cover responsibilities such as:

  • Support global payroll projects across the European region, including payroll implementation, payroll compliance reviews, and benefits setup within payroll systems.
  • Assist with payroll data collection, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare payroll reports, track project progress, and maintain accurate documentation for payroll-related activities.
  • Develop and improve data analysis tools using Excel and AI technologies to enhance payroll efficiency and reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and cross-functional teams to support continuous process improvements and deliver high-quality payroll services.

About You

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Ability to use AI models and tools to develop solutions that improve data analysis and operational efficiency.
  • Strong logical thinking, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
