Digital Marketing and Campaign Specialist in London

Law Training Centre is a UK legal education provider helping people qualify and law firms develop their teams. We are looking for an experienced marketer who enjoys writing, creating and getting campaigns live.

You will work directly with our two founders. They bring commercial direction, sector knowledge and original insight. You will independently research opportunities, contribute campaign ideas and recommendations, and turn founder input, existing case studies and your own ideas into marketing that reaches the right people and generates enquiries.

This is a role for someone who currently delivers the work themselves. You will have specialist support for CRM development, website technical work and design, with separate video editing support being recruited.

Full-time self-employed contractor | 37.5 hours per week | UK business trading hours (British Summer Time) | Fully remote | South Africa

Monthly contractor fee: R35,000–R42,000, depending on experience.

• Minimum of five years’ relevant, hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services, gained in-house or through an agency.
• Examples of campaigns you personally created and launched, with a clear explanation of your contribution and results.
• Strong written British English and the ability to write for both individuals and businesses.
• Good organisation: turn a detailed or evolving brief into a clear plan and deliver it.
• Practical AI use, including checking sources, correcting errors and editing generic output.
• Confidence with routine WordPress changes. Basic Canva skills are desirable, not essential.

You do not need legal education experience or advanced CRM development skills. We can arrange specialist support around your strengths. You do need initiative, sound judgement and responsibility for finishing the work.

We are founder-led, with short decision routes and priorities that can change. You will work mainly with Dino on employer marketing and Eve on learner marketing, with shared priorities agreed between them. Ask questions early, recommend practical solutions and keep delivery moving.
