关于球队
您将加入Joybuy的联盟合作伙伴团队，Joybuy是一个全球分布的团队，负责京东国际联盟和绩效营销的核心系统。我们通过CPS模式运营服务英国及欧洲商家和出版商的系统，直接推动可衡量的GMV增长。
主要职责
- 构建并维护Joybuy全球联盟合作伙伴平台的后端服务，确保高性能、可用性、并发性、安全性和可扩展性，更好地服务英国和欧洲的商家和出版商。
- 在项目实施过程中识别并缓解技术风险，制定并执行涵盖可监控性、可维护性以及灰度发布或回滚能力的有效控制策略。
- 研究、采纳并推广新技术和方法论。
- 识别新兴技术与全球系统架构之间的集成机会，推动团队技术增长并强化长期架构前瞻性。
- 在伦敦现场工作。
最低资格要求
- 工程、计算机科学、数学或相关技术领域的学士学位。
- 拥有3+年的Java编程和Spring Boot经验。
- 热衷于技术和持续改进，展现出卓越的编码能力，致力于简洁优雅的代码，并热衷于从开源项目中学习。
- 积极主动、学习迅速、高度协作，具备强大的沟通、分析和解决问题能力，能够独立识别并解决复杂的技术难题。
- Effective communication skills in Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Work experience in large-scale ecommerce companies.
- Experience in developing affiliate partnerships or marketing systems.
- Experience in UK and European business.
