As a Hotel Manager, you’ll keep your hotel running like clockwork and lead your team from the front to ensure our guests have an incredible experience with us. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! You’ll oversee operations, ensure every stay is extra special and inspire a vibrant team to exceed our guests’ expectations.

We’re looking for a Hotel Manager with previous experience and a strong M&E background and key people skills, who is great at getting the best out of their team by giving them that get-up-and-go!

As a Hotel Manager, you will:

  • Set guest satisfaction targets and ensure these are met, using guests’ feedback and surveys
  • Work towards achieving Gold accreditation for your hotel through Green Tourism by reducing the hotel’s carbon footprint
  • Be an expert in hitting KPIs and delivering results!
  • Coach and support your management team to build the skills necessary to progress in their careers
  • Regularly inspect facilities and rooms to ensure we are in compliance with health and safety standards, and our product is to brand standard
  • Build relationships with the local community and business leaders
  • Collaborate with your local HR team to host engaging activities for your team
  • Get involved with company-wide projects to continue evolving the Leonardo Hotels brand
