Main Tasks
- Offer exceptional guest care at all times
- Collect dirty linen from rooms and transport safely to appropriate areas, storing them for collection
- Transport clean linen to the required areas of the hotel
- Transport and store Housekeeping deliveries of consumables and equipment
- Support with linen stock counts and Housekeeping stock control
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment for the department, including storerooms, linen chutes, trolleys and corridors
- Operate in a safe and orderly manner, promptly reporting any hazards, accidents, losses, or damages to management
- Maintain awareness of utility consumption ensuring all equipment, lights, etc. are turned off when not in use
- Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
- Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times â including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations; this role requires particular adherence to COSHH and Manual Handling
- Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor
