As a Cluster Meetings & Events (M&E) Sales Executive, you’ll be making all the difference to the business, so we want you to bring your dynamic personality to work with you every day. You’ll be managing meetings and events enquiries efficiently, and delivering excellence to all of our valued customers and clients as part of a vibrant team.

If you’re our ideal M&E Sales Executive, you will:

  • Be yourself!
  • Increase conversion of enquiries by developing client relationships and maximising sales leads
  • Produce function sheets and liaise closely with the hotel operational teams to ensure the smooth running of events
  • Ensure Sales & Catering/Opera/Delphi are updated with accurate and relevant information in line with event contract – attention to detail is key!
  • Work with the M&E Office Manager to ensure revenue targets are achieved
  • Develop strong relationships with organisers to ensure their requirements are fulfilled
  • Gather feedback from clients – we love repeat business!
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and love delivering first class customer service
