Main Tasks

  • Offer exceptional guest care at all times.
  • Ensure the kitchen is spotlessly clean and excellent food hygiene is observed at all times.
  • Report any maintenance issues or broken equipment to the senior chef on duty.
  • Ensure all pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, glassware or anything else required by the kitchen or front of house team are washed, dried and stored in a safe and organised manner.
  • Assist with any basic food preparation as required by the senior chef on duty.
  • Manage all kitchen waste promptly.
  • Assist with the supply deliveries, checking the products and storing them accordingly.
  • Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations; this role requires particular adherence to hygiene, COSHH and HACCP.
  • Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor.
