Be Yourself – Be a Bold Team Player – Be Leonardo. Once you’re part of the team, you’re part of the Leonardo community of over 55 hotels across the UK & Ireland! As a Meetings and Events (M&E) Porter you’ll be a face of the hotel, so we want you to bring your warm and friendly personality to work with you every day. Take a deep breath because you’ll be stepping into a busy role! This is a hands-on position within the M&E department; with great attention to detail you’ll be setting up, refreshing and clearing rooms to the high Leonardo standard! You’ll work as part of a vibrant team to ensure all guests have a first-class experience with us.

If you’re our ideal M&E Porter, you will:

  • Be yourself!
  • Think on your feet to meet clients’ needs - a great can-do attitude is spot on!
  • Have great communication skills: you’ll be greeting organisers, ensuring guests’ needs are met and working with others to achieve the department’s KPIs.
  • Be self-motivated and comfortable working alone at times.
  • Work well in a team during large events.
