Limewood Care Home, based in Stafford, provides specialist dementia care for 59 residents, including Residential, Nursing, and Respite care, supporting individuals from early diagnosis through to end‑of‑life.
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our bank team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding clinical care and support the wellbeing of our residents whenever you are on shift, helping to create a safe, nurturing, and vibrant environment.
What We Offer
- £22.73 per hour

What You Will Do
As a bank Registered Nurse, you will provide personalised care to residents, ensuring their health, safety, and dignity are always prioritised. You will develop and implement individual care plans, carry out observations, administer medications safely, and maintain accurate records. You will lead and support the care team on shift, oversee handovers, respond promptly to emergencies, and work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to promote independence, engagement, and a supportive, inclusive environment.
About You
You are a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC Nursing PIN. You have a genuine passion for care and are dedicated to improving the lives of residents. You are confident in connecting with residents, families, and colleagues, bringing warmth, understanding, and a calm, patient demeanour to every interaction. Excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential.
