The Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Strategist to help shape the research, discovery, and insights we provide across our client relationships. This role sits at the intersection of brand, customer experience, and data analysis, ensuring that our work is grounded in research and continues to drive impact long after launch.
The successful candidate will be our first hire in a new strategy department which comes with a lot of opportunity for growth, promotion and ownership. As such this role will suit a self-motivated individual who is comfortable working in a new department supported by the creative and client services team.
What You’ll Do
During Projects
- Support the design team with brand-driven research, competitor analysis, and market insights.
- Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to understand needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Visit physical stores to analyse brand and customer experience touchpoints.
- Participate in and help run workshops to align stakeholders and uncover key insights.
- Develop and execute testing plans (e.g., user testing, A/B experiments).
Post-Project Ongoing Success
- Analyse site performance using data and customer insights to inform optimisations.
- Own our Insights & Experiments offering, helping clients continuously improve their digital experience.
- Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), providing meaningful recommendations based on customer behaviour, analytics, and industry trends.
- Lead the client strategy for our LAAS (Loyalty as a Service) offering
Who You Are
- Brand & customer-obsessed – You understand how brands build connections with their audience and love digging into customer behaviour.
- Data-driven & analytical – You can interpret website performance data, user research, and testing results to drive recommendations.You can balance qualitative and quantitative insights to inform brand and digital experience strategies
- Strategic & creative thinker – Combine business objectives, brand identity and customer insights to drive commercial growth
- Great communicator – Comfortable presenting insights and leading discussions with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborative – Able to work closely with creative, client services, and development teams to bring research and insights to life.
- London-based or able to attend in-person meetings when required.
Experience & Skills
- Background in brand strategy, consumer research, digital experience, or insights analysis.
- Experience working with data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, Contentsquare or similar).
- Familiarity with customer research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, user testing).
- Previous experience in an e-commerce, branding, or agency environment is a plus.

Interview Process
We are selecting 5 candidates to carry out first interviews, you must be available the week commencing the 10th of March.
2 candidates will be chosen for a final interview which will be carried out in person in London the week commencing the 24th of March.
