We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven GP to join our forward-thinking and supportive team at Limes Medical Centre, Derbyshire.

Main duties of the job:
- To deliver high quality medical care for both acute and chronic conditions from our main surgery in Alfreton and our branch surgery in Blackwell.
- To complete home visits as needed.
- On call and on call cover when required.
- Review test results and action.
- Complete paperwork and admin.
- To work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider team.
- To support both medical students and the GP registrars.
- To continually commit to professional development.
- To be involved in quality improvements.
- Attend regular practice meetings.

We have a wide-ranging skill mix, including GP Partners, Practice Manager, Practice Nurses, HCAs, and a full administrative support team. Disclosure and Barring Service Check:
This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
£11,500 a session, increasing to £12,000 following successful probation period.
