At Dexory, we're developing advanced software powered by cutting-edge robots that are transforming the very face of global logistics. We have a new opportunity for a Graduate Sales Development Representative to join our fantastic sales team. Your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads and identify prospects who have a genuine interest in our robotic tech. This role is crucial to our sales pipeline, driving growth and success. This role involves onsite work at least 1-2 days per week in our Wallingford office. Fluency in an additional European language is highly advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify and scope market opportunities and potential leads.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, schedule meetings and demonstrations of our software.
- Maintain corporate LinkedIn accounts and Hubspot CRM to manage our leads and opportunities.
- Keep updated research on trends within the industry; oversee competitors and movements within the logistics space.
- Keep the Sales team updated with research, insights from calls and conversations and provide feedback on the sales process.
- Build strong relationships internally to work with the Sales team in aligning and developing well-targeted leads to suit the overall Sales strategy of the team and the overall business.
Qualifications
- Highly proactive in constantly looking for ways to generate new leads including keeping up to date with trends on social media, news, tech publications, gaining referrals, networking, etc.
- Great intuition on finding the right prospects, pursuing them and gaining initial introductions/qualifications.
- Used to creating and updating spreadsheets and presentations.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills, capable of hands on problem-solving.
- Comfortable with the dynamics of a small, fast growing business.
