We’re seeking a Vice President, Product Owner for our Enterprise Custody Platform team, located in Manchester, UK.
Responsibilities Driving the development of key products and solutions with significant impact.
Serving as a thought leader and expert within the product team and across the organization.
Collaborating closely with product managers, Operations, Engineering and other stakeholders to align and execute product strategy.
Influencing product direction at a strategic level, often working on products that are critical to the business or highly innovative.
Translating user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria; maintaining a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team.
Owning the operating model and communications related to your product(s) end‑to‑end.
Ensuring that AI is utilized appropriately within your team.
Qualifications Product owner experience managing product roadmaps and working with cross‑functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, including writing well‑defined stories and acceptance criteria, and providing daily direction to an agile team.
Prior experience in the financial services industry; knowledge of the Custody business and/or institutional banking preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
