OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to be based at a customer site in the Heathrow area, providing support across desktop, mobile, networking and IT infrastructure. You will be customer-obsessed, ensuring delivery of excellent service and meeting SLAs while escalating to the 1st line desk when needed.
You’ll troubleshoot across networking, desktop and mobile platforms, contribute to runbooks, and maintain ownership of incidents through resolution, with strong ITSM.
