Responsibilities
- Discover, prototype and validate new ideas in an innovation incubator environment.
- Work independently across the full innovation cycle: horizon‑scanning, ideation, rapid prototyping, and customer‑direct validation.
- Lead research and early‑stage prototyping in a small cross‑functional team.
- Balance parallel projects, contributing to experiments while exploring new directions.
- Design and build performance‑critical components using C#, TypeScript, Python, and other languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate with customers to run interviews, demos, and validation sessions, and communicate findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Champion and shape agentic coding practices using AI development tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience using AI coding tools and understanding their limitations.
- Strong software design and coding skills across modern languages, especially C#, TypeScript, or Python, to guide and review AI‑generated code.
- Hands‑on experience building agentic systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, Microsoft Agentic Framework, or MCP.
- Experience designing and running experiments to validate ideas quickly, applying lean‑startup principles.
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers, stakeholders, and non‑technical audiences.
- A product mindset focused on user value, outcomes, and market fit.
