Experience and Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience across in‑house teams, studios, or agencies
- Strong portfolio demonstrating high‑quality brand work — from rebrands to full‑scale campaigns
- Expertise in Figma, with deep understanding of Auto Layout, components, and design systems
- Solid foundation in motion design and a willingness to continue developing this skillset
- On top of the evolving AI landscape and can separate real value from hype. Bonus if you have experience building scalable AI workflows (prompt libraries, custom GPTs, production systems).
