Triad Group Plc is seeking a UX Designer to work across client locations, remote environments, or our Godalming/Milton Keynes offices.
You will plan and conduct user research, produce artefacts (personas, journeys, service blueprints) and craft wireframes and prototypes while collaborating with stakeholders to improve national‑scale digital services.
Experience with WCAG 2.2, agile methods, and front‑end familiarity (HTML/CSS/JS) is valued.
