They work on a multidisciplinary team to design digital transformation service delivery. A Senior Content Designer is an experienced practitioner who works on a complex or large-scale service, with minimal support. They work autonomously, influencing and mentoring others to design user-centred content to a high standard. They are responsible for ensuring that the quality of content delivery within your service team meets the client’s requirements.

As a Senior Content Designer, you will:

  • Lead the quality of content delivery within your service team, ensuring that it meets the client’s requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with other product teams to solve and ideate to test.
  • Have good knowledge of how to make services accessible to everyone.
  • Be accountable for the production of high-quality content that’s user-centred.
  • Help deliver teams get a shared understanding of the content strategy.
