About the Role

As Street Group expands rapidly across enterprise estate agencies, this role will drive the adoption of our products and unlock long‑term value through strategic partnerships. You will act as a dedicated product specialist, guiding clients through onboarding, maximizing usage, and identifying growth opportunities across Street Group’s ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Immersing yourself in company and product knowledge
  • Escalate and ensure feedback from Customer Success to product teams
  • Support client success from onboarding to ongoing relationship management
  • Collaborate with sales and technology teams to design and implement new features reflecting customer voice
  • Implement creative solutions to proactively resolve potential issues for customers
  • Provide technical support via phone and email to Street clients
  • Upsell additional products to existing clients

Qualifications

  • Background in Customer Success
  • Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in English)
  • Self‑starter, dependable, motivated, able to work independently
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
