This role will help shape and deliver future operational strategies, ensuring they are visionary but pragmatic and actionable. It will lead on the design and implementation of transformation through agile delivery methods, enable business change, and operating model design & execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategy, delivery, and transformation goals, and fostering a culture of transparency, simplification, and continuous improvement.
- Helping create, articulate and embed strategy into the operation via transformational delivery and execution.
- Driving business change through structured governance, stakeholder engagement, and communication planning.
- Advising on strategic initiatives to accelerate value delivery and benefit realisation.
- Facilitating workshops and strategic visioning sessions with senior stakeholders to co-create operational roadmaps and build shared ownership of outcomes.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring projects stay on schedule as the lead representative for Ops Planning.
- Translating complex strategic insights into engaging, interactive outputs using tools such as PowerPoint, Lucid, and Canva, and working closely with internal communications colleagues to shape compelling strategic narratives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic development, transformation, and delivery within complex organisations.
- Strong understanding of operating model design and business change principles, and experience influencing digital transformation and product based operating models.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Kanban, RAID, sprint planning) as well as actual delivery experience.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience working across senior levels.
- Ability to synthesise complex inputs into clear, actionable strategies and frameworks.
