We’re seeking multiple talented Product Designers to join our Fin Crime team in London or Budapest.

In this role, you will be part of the team that designs and enhances products for our diverse global customers and Wise’s operations agents, with a particular focus on transactions and funds movement.

Our Fin Crime agents play a crucial role in identifying suspicious transactions, combating cybercrime, and ensuring Wise's security.

You will collaborate with product teams to transform complex workflows into intuitive and user-friendly mobile and web experiences, while making the investigation process as seamless as possible for our customers.

This is a unique opportunity to design end-to-end experiences across our Personal and Business products.

Your work will directly contribute to the growth of Wise and our mission - money without borders.

Here’s How You’ll Be Contributing You will develop a deep understanding of Wise customers and their goals.

You will engage with agents to build empathy and gain insight into the challenges they face when using our internal products.

You will leverage your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver simple, crafted mobile and web experiences that both agents and customers love, while helping Wise reduce operational costs.

You will play an influential role in your team, enhancing customer‑centricity, creativity, and design quality.

You will fully partner with your cross‑functional team to define the roadmap and ensure that you collectively work on the most impactful work for our customers.

About You You’ve got a portfolio of well‑crafted, impactful work that solves real problems for real people.

You have experience designing for mobile and web desktop surfaces – including customer experiences and internal tools.

You default to prototyping when presenting your work.

You understand that good design is often a journey to identify the right thing to build, using early concepts and prototypes to help build conviction along the way.

You’ve worked with design systems to produce beautiful and functional design that scales.

You practise evidence‑based design, and can rationalise your decisions clearly and credibly.
