As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create unique events and experiences that enable unforgettable moments. The role focuses on leading the production of the largest and most exciting SSI experiences, managing a team of associate and junior producers, and ensuring high-quality delivery within budget and time constraints.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of event/project productions, including pre-production planning, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Oversee multiple productions across multiple cities, scaling Fever Original SSI events to meet team targets.
- Develop and manage event production budgets, optimizing resources and identifying revenue-generating opportunities.
- Lead a local team of producers, providing guidance, support, and production expertise.
- Source and manage freelancers, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.
- Conduct venue research and booking, negotiate contracts with venues, third-party vendors, and talent.
- Create production timelines and enforce adherence to schedules.
- Secure necessary permits, meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments, and stay informed on regulations and best practices.
- Handle administrative duties such as expense reports, invoicing, and legal contract coordination.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align and execute event deliverables.
- Work with the Project Management team to ensure expectations and standards are met.
- Travel domestically and internationally as required, working across time zones.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in live event and/or experience production.
- 1-2 years of people management experience.
- Production or project management experience for theatre, dance entertainment, or similar projects involving third-party vendors is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, using best-practice organization.
- Proven vendor negotiation skills and experience managing production budgets and permitting issues.
- Understanding of fabrication processes.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a willingness to push boundaries.
- Strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset.
