About Us
We’re on a mission to close the world’s tech skills gap. We help organisations navigate the future of technology, combining human expertise, emerging tech and AI to deliver better outcomes, faster. Since 2014, we’ve worked side-by-side with clients to solve complex challenges, build high-performing teams, and create lasting capability. As technology continues to evolve, we believe the most successful organisations will be those that combine the best of both: human ingenuity AND intelligent technology. That belief is embedded in everything we do. We call it the genius of the AND: deep expertise AND practical delivery, innovation AND responsibility, ambitious work AND sustainable careers. Through our Guide, Build and Equip approach, we help organisations embrace change, deliver meaningful impact, and develop the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly agentic world.
What You’ll Bring To The Table
- You care deeply about producing high-quality work that delivers real value.
- You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems collaboratively.
- You bring strong expertise in your craft, alongside a willingness to keep learning.
- You communicate clearly and build trust quickly with clients and teammates.
- You’re pragmatic, adaptable and outcome-focused.
- You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others grow.
- You value low-ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams.
About The Role
Join us at a defining moment as we reset our internal communications strategy to support our ambitious business objectives and transition into the agentic era. As the subject matter expert for internal communications for the whole business, you’ll be the driving force behind our internal comms strategy, balancing human connection and storytelling with new AI-powered information tools. You’ll need to be a master relationship builder, confident strategic advisor to senior leaders and ready to deliver agentic AI solutions that provide our people with instant clarity. This is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect and inspire every ANDi.
Your Day-to-day
- Strategic planning - You’ll own the master communication schedule for the whole organisation, facilitating regular planning with leaders to align narratives and ensure a balanced flow of information to our people (or ‘ANDis’ as we call them!).
- Comms evolution - You’ll be joining at an exciting time, and will play a key role in evolving our approach to internal communication. You’ll be on point for driving new ways of working, new channels, and embedding an AI-powered comms system.
- Ownership - You’ll be the ultimate owner of our comms approach, making sure high-production human storytelling and AI-driven self-service work seamlessly together - and that critical ‘must-know’ information is broadcast across the right channels and properly documented for permanent reference.
- High quality delivery - You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end production of business-wide content, like the CEO’s quarterly All-ANDi calls, quarterly commercial and financial updates, regular in-person roundtables with the Exec team, and bi-annual ‘You Asked, We Did’ updates, translating ANDi feedback into visible actions.
- Leadership coaching and guidance - You’ll be a trusted advisor to our Pioneers (senior leaders), helping them refine their communication style, shape long-term internal narratives and ensure strategic messages align with our business objectives and culture.
- Change management - You’ll design and lead communication strategies for complex change programs, proactively anticipating risks and positioning communication as a leadership tool to maintain ANDi empathy and adoption.
- Quality governance - You’ll set the standard for internal content, making sure communications are accurate, inclusive, ethical, and effective in terms of both human empathy and AI accuracy. You’ll use AI-driven sentiment data analysis to evaluate the impact of communications, translating insights into tangible improvements.
Why join AND?
We’re building a culture where talented people can do meaningful work, continue growing, AND enjoy the journey along the way. Our model is designed to build belonging and connection: we’re organised into regional ‘Clubs’ of no more than 80 people, so you (and our clients) get the benefits of that small company feel while also being connected to a larger whole. Our Practice Areas act as a ‘second home’ for our ANDis - a place where you can innovate and learn with like-minded experts who care deeply about their craft, support each other generously, and believe the best ideas come from collaboration, not hierarchy. Our culture is rooted in our values of Wonder, Share and Delight, and shows up through five traits that we celebrate and nurture in all our ANDis: we value curiosity, ambition and a growth-mindset. We are deeply client-centric. Most important of all we are human - we create an inclusive environment where people feel trusted, supported and able to be themselves.
