About The Role
As Creative Producer, you will lead the creative and scenic production development for Dopamine Land’s global rollouts. You’ll ensure each installation achieves its creative potential while balancing operational realities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative and technical foundation who thrives in fast‑paced, international production environments.
- Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) for scenic and technical concepts globally, managing design, fabrication, and production partners.
- Conduct venue analysis and adaptation studies, evaluating creative fit, technical feasibility, and budget alignment.
- Develop and maintain scenic and technical budgets, ensuring creative goals are achieved within constraints.
- Draft and interpret technical documentation using CAD, SketchUp, or comparable software.
- Supervise fabrication and production partners, maintaining creative integrity through detailed reviews and approvals.
- Collaborate with the Creative Studio to translate concept designs into executable scenic builds.
- Evaluate fabrication and production quality standards, ensuring global consistency across regions.
- Mentor local producers and guide them in adapting creative and technical plans to regional contexts.

- Support Senior Producers by providing creative input into timelines, budgets, and vendor selection processes.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in scenic, technical, or immersive experience production.
- Strong drafting and visualization skills in CAD, SketchUp, or equivalent software.
- Proven ability to lead multi‑vendor scenic builds with a sharp eye for design detail.
- Expertise in creative budgeting and technical feasibility analysis.
- Experience in issuing and evaluating RFPs and fabrication contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with pragmatic production needs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
