Responsibilities
- Design and implement user‑centric digital trading products aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to translate requirements into compelling user experiences.
- Create interactive prototypes, wireframes, and high‑fidelity designs in Figma for hand‑over to development.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risk of new product features; provide design assurance and governance oversight.
- Monitor post‑launch impact using relevant CX metrics and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated on emerging fintech and banking design trends; identify opportunities for innovation.
- Advocate for user‑centred design principles and champion design practices within the organisation.
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating extensive experience designing multi‑faceted business applications.
- Experience interacting directly with front‑office users and product owners to turn requirements into product designs.
- Strong Figma UI design skills (components, auto‑layout, etc.) and ability to produce high‑fidelity visual designs.
- Ability to present designs confidently to senior managers and stakeholders.
