Jet2. com and Jet2holidays are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to own and refine requirements for our ecommerce platform, back-office systems and mobile apps.

You’ll work with delivery teams and stakeholders to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure outcomes align with business goals.

You’ll coach and line-manage other Business Analysts, contribute to best practices, and thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with 2 days in the office each week.
