Opencast Software is seeking an IT Engineer to join the IT Operations team in Newcastle upon Tyne.
The role focuses on enabling colleagues to work effectively, providing frontline and second-line IT support, and contributing to improvements across our tech stack.
You will work closely with colleagues, support mac OS and Microsoft 365 environments, and gain exposure to Intune and other business-critical platforms in a collaborative, growth-oriented team.
