You’ll lead and inspire a high‑performing, globally distributed engineering team, while staying hands‑on with solution design and Kotlin development.

  • Manage and develop a high‑performing, globally distributed engineering team, with a strong focus on mentoring and coaching.
  • Stay hands‑on with architecture and design, and contribute through Kotlin coding and code reviews where it adds most value.
  • Drive transformation and modernisation across the pre‑trade platform, improving scalability, resilience and time‑to‑market.
  • Partner closely with senior front‑office stakeholders, operating confidently in an agile, high‑pressure environment.

  • Strong understanding of the pre‑trade lifecycle, including pricing and documentation generation workflows.
  • Working knowledge of public cloud platforms such as GCP and/or AWS, including cloud‑native patterns and operational considerations.
