The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

The successful candidate will partner with numerous technology departments to define and manage system impact and delivery plans front to back from requirements definition through technical development, front to back testing, deployment and prod beta verification. Candidates will need to be comfortable working in a matrix style, as part of a relatively small central team, collaborating with technology SMEs and project managers embedded in different technology departments and business units.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to Project Managers, Project Leads and other Senior Officers for matters relating to project administration.
  • Participate in and lead Agile ceremonies for the project team.
  • Maintain Agile artefacts such as sprint boards, story maps and hygiene dashboards.
  • Support and provide guidance on best practice, standardization and consistency in governance, project planning, reporting and risk management processes and procedures.
  • Develop tooling and templates to improve efficiency.
  • Produce technical plans with associated assumptions, dependencies, risks and issues.
  • Track delivery status and progress and ensure smooth delivery into a front to back test environment.
  • Produce reports, documentation and communication artefacts for project leads, working groups and steering committees.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with partners in Technology and the various business units.
