- As an End Point Technology Lead, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and engineering of end user technologies across Windows and Mac platforms.
- You will ensure the provision of secure, stable, and high-performing services that enable colleagues and support the Bank’s modern workplace strategy.

- Implement EUC strategy set by the EUC Manager, translating into clear roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Line manage and develop Endpoint Administrator(s), setting objectives, supporting growth, and ensuring delivery standards.
- Oversee endpoint management using Intune and Configuration Manager, including policies, applications, and updates.

- Proven track record leading and managing large-scale EUC environments, ensuring stability, security, and alignment to business strategy.
- Extensive experience across a range of endpoint platforms, including Windows (8.1/10/11), macOS, BYOD, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Windows 365, delivering seamless end-user experiences.

- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills across Microsoft platforms.
- Experience leading technical teams, with the ability to mentor, coach, and develop engineers to drive high performance.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage effective vendor partnerships, ensuring accountability and successful delivery of outcomes.

- Advanced professional certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Expert) or equivalent experience.
- Solid understanding of enterprise networking and security principles, ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient EUC solutions.
- Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders.
Our promise to you…
- We will make sure that you are well-rewarded by providing you with a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, and a wide range of benefits, including generous holiday allowance, attractive pension scheme, healthcare, life assurance, and a number of colleague discounts!
- We will give you the training to ensure you succeed in your role and plenty of internal opportunities to progress your career (around 40% of our recruitment comes from internal promotions!).
- Diverse teams really are the best teams. We know that candidates (especially women, research tells us) may be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box. We also know that ‘normal’ office hours aren’t always doable, and while we can’t accommodate every flexible working request we are happy to be asked.
- So if you are excited about working with us and think you can do much of what we are looking for but aren’t sure if you are 100% there yet… why not give it a whirl? Good luck!
