At Rightmove, we’re on a mission to empower people to make their move with confidence. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People Team, reporting to our TA Team Lead. You’ll partner closely with our Product Development organisation – including Engineering, Product, and Experience Design – to attract and hire the best talent and evolve how we hire at Rightmove.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own end-to-end Recruitment – manage the entire hiring process, from crafting job ads to sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation. You’ll bring in top talent who excel in their roles and enhance our culture.
- Partner with Hiring Managers – act as a trusted advisor, understanding hiring needs and providing market insights, talent availability, and best practices.
- Sourcing the Best Talent – use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to build strong pipelines, especially for sales-focused roles in a tech environment.
- Driving Recruitment Innovation – contribute to our TA transformation by improving hiring processes, tools, and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Championing Diversity & Inclusion – embed inclusive hiring practices in job descriptions and interview panels.
- Using Data to Drive Success – track key hiring metrics to measure performance and continuously improve our approach.
Who You Are
- In-house recruitment experience (essential) – ideally with a focus on Product, Engineering, or Design roles within a fast-paced tech organisation.
- A true partner – commercially aware, confident in influencing while building trust and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Curious and creative – enjoys exploring new sourcing methods, tools, and ways of engaging talent; skilled in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
- Data-driven & results-focused – uses metrics to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
