Join Boots as an Article Data Administrator in our Commercial & Technical Services team based in Nottingham.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of Boots products, ensuring data meets our high standards.
- Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
- Support and coach customers with data requirement queries, enhancing their experience.
- Produce team and customer KPI reports, providing insights into volumes and rework.
- Drive process improvements to simplify operations and enhance efficiency.
What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
