- Key Accountabilities
- Drive strategic execution: You will act as a trusted advisor to the Head of Tesco Bank and Tesco Bank Leadership Team (TBLT), translating Tesco Bank’s strategic priorities into clear, actionable plans and ensuring disciplined delivery across the business.
- Lead executive governance and performance cadence: You will oversee the Bank’s governance forums, business reviews, and performance tracking, ensuring robust decision‑making, clear accountability, and alignment to financial and operational targets.
