What You’ll Be Doing
- Work collaboratively with business and Technology stakeholders to define, capture and prioritise requirements and create user stories, including functional, non-functional and technology operational requirements.
- Plan your work alongside Project Managers and other team members for both Agile and Waterfall deliveries.
- Remove ambiguity by translating complex business needs into clear user stories – supporting delivery of a solution that aligns with the business objectives.
- Collaborate with a talented team of Business Analysts on large and complex projects to ensure alignment of vision, scope, and requirements.
- Support the Lead Business Analyst in engaging with business functions to understand strategies and formulate product roadmaps.
- Assist test teams and project managers in evaluating and prioritising defects.
- Represent business requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer needs are at the forefront of our initiatives.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)
- Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst with accountability for multiple large scale projects, simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering optimal customer solutions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work independently.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall software delivery environments.
It Would Be Great If You Also Have
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Agile Business Analyst.
- Background in fast-paced environments such as Opticians, healthcare, pharmacy, or retail.
- Recognised qualification in business analysis.
