Working within the Accelerator Business Unit, the successful candidate will be accountable for managing the relationship with our high value and high growth potential customers within the Manufacturing sector. Principally to facilitate retention and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross‑sell of the OneAdvanced software portfolio. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the correct behaviours and activity levels daily to ensure that the overall business revenue targets associated with the existing customer base are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships across a complex portfolio of products and services.
- Manage the sales cycle from initial opportunity through to close.
- Continuously build and convert pipeline through consistent face‑to‑face meetings, discovery, account reviews and prospecting within the existing base.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts for any given month or year.
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans focusing on account growth to achieve individual sales targets.
- Proactively focus on retention of key accounts alongside growth via upsell and cross‑sell.
Qualifications
- Account Managers will have strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proven track‑record of success in B2B new‑business sales within a complex client portfolio.
- Effective communication and time‑management skills.
- Preferably some industry‑specific knowledge.
