Business Analyst – Lending Tribe (Mortgage Documentation Generation Automation)
About the Role
This role focuses on automating the generation of mortgage documentation within the Doc Rendering Service platform, ensuring solutions meet business objectives, regulatory obligations, customer outcomes, and operational readiness. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, SMEs, operations teams, Legal and regulatory partners to translate business needs into clear, structured, parameterised specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze business problems and client requirements that require change within the organisation.
- Develop business requirements that address business problems and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their needs and expectations.
- Support the creation of business cases that justify investment in proposed solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies to determine the viability of proposed solutions.
- Support the creation of reports on project progress to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design operational and process solutions to ensure the proposed solutions are delivered within the agreed scope.
- Support change management activities, including development of a traceability matrix to ensure proposed solutions are successfully implemented and embedded in the organisation.
