You’ll be a hands-on Data Consultant with experience supporting major SAP transformation programmes. Working as part of Limelight’s client-side delivery team, you’ll play a key role in enabling successful data migration, governance, and readiness outcomes on complex business change programmes — typically involving SAP S/4HANA. You’re naturally organised, collaborative, and solutions-focused. You bring structure to uncertainty, and you know how to work with both technical and business teams to ensure data lands cleanly, completely, and on time.

What you’ll be doing... You’ll join a high-performing team of consultants delivering SAP-enabled transformation programmes to leading organisations. You’ll help shape and execute data activities across the programme lifecycle — supporting data migration, driving data quality improvements, and ensuring business stakeholders are fully engaged and ready. Your work will ensure that data is accurate, complete, and fit-for-purpose at go-live — and that clients are set up for long-term success.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of data workstreams across SAP transformation programmes
  • Assisting with the development of data migration strategies, reconciliation and validation activities
  • Collaborating with business SMEs and IT teams to define, cleanse, and reconcile data
  • Supporting the capture of business rules and mapping logic for data transformation
  • Helping coordinate mock loads, data defect resolution, and business sign-off
  • Tracking data issues and risks using RAID logs and status reporting
  • Supporting the development of future-state data governance processes and roles
  • Acting as a bridge between the client, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams
  • Promoting good data practices and advocating for the value of quality data

What you’ll bring...

  • Experience working on SAP transformation or ERP programmes in a data-focused role
  • Familiarity with key SAP data objects and processes (e.g. materials, customers, vendors, finance)
  • Experience supporting data migration, including extract, transform, load (ETL), validation, and reconciliation
  • Understanding of data quality principles and governance concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work confidently with business users and technical teams
  • A delivery-focused mindset — comfortable managing your own workload and meeting deadlines
  • Experience working with Systems Integrators (SIs) and internal stakeholders across business and IT
  • Knowledge of SAP migration tools (e.g. SAP Migration Cockpit) or ETL platforms is desirable
  • Exposure to data governance frameworks (e.g. DAMA) is a plus

Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in data, IT, or business-related discipline
  • SAP, data management, or governance certifications (e.g. CDMP, SAP Associate) are desirable
  • Project experience using methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile delivery approaches is helpful
