Lime is hiring a Senior Analyst to join our Global Operations team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of improving labor insights, reporting and financial planning across our operations. You’ll develop key metrics and tools to enhance real‑time visibility of performance and drive targeted analysis that informs operational decisions and strategic opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Strategy & Planning, and Local Operations teams to help shape the future of Lime’s labor as we continue to scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Improve real‑time visibility of labour efficiency and spend: develop metrics and tooling to enhance visibility of warehouse and street operations labor efficiency and performance.
  • Build models and dashboards: use data analysis and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, spreadsheets) to build models for labor forecasting and dashboards for local operations teams, ensuring robust logic, consistent and clearly‑defined assumptions, and intuitive user interface.
  • Monitor trends in performance: monitor labor efficiency and vehicle availability versus plan, identifying root causes for any variance or new trends.
  • Collaborate with partner teams to improve efficiency: provide insight and targeted analysis to troubleshoot issues or highlight opportunities, partner with Operations leadership and local teams to land recommendations and drive action to resolution.
  • Contribute to financial planning process: collaborate with Finance, S&P, and local operations to support the labor aspect of Lime’s financial planning process.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data analytics capabilities across global operations: contribute to a culture of data‑driven decision making and analytical excellence through peer collaboration and support.

About You

  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, including advanced SQL, spreadsheets, and data visualization (e.g., Tableau).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in business analytics, with a preference for prior experience in financial planning, operations, tracking spend, or an equivalent area.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and how labor impacts operations and P&L.
  • Curious mindset to spot trends in data, deep‑dive root causes, and generate proposals for tactical and strategic solutions.
  • Clear verbal and written communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced scaling‑up environment.
  • Experience working closely with Finance or S&P stakeholders.
