We’re on a mission to build a future where transportation is shared, affordable and carbon-free. We are hiring a 6‑month Fixed Term Delivery Community Consultant to join our Commercial Delivery team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and onboard courier customers in the London market to drive pilot growth.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with ghost kitchens and other local partners.
- Identify and evaluate promising locations for battery swap stations to support fleet efficiency.
- Support customers with day‑to‑day issues in‑market and provide active moderation in community WhatsApp groups.
- Gather structured feedback from the pilot and translate it into clear product and business recommendations.
- Act as the eyes and ears on the ground for customer sentiment, adoption barriers, and pain points.
- Own the local community health and customer success lifecycle within the London market.
Qualifications:
- Deeply involved and active within the delivery or courier community.
- Proven ability to build relationships with local business owners and partners.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to represent Lime’s brand in the field.
- Analytical mindset capable of turning qualitative feedback into structured reports.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
- Must be based in London and available for frequent local travel.
