Lime is hiring a Program Manager for Pricing Analytics to join our Street Operations team! In this role, you will play a key role in managing the pricing strategy and data tools for Lime’s Street Operations. You will work closely with our local operations and technology teams to provide pricing recommendations and tools which optimize for profitability, efficiency and market competitiveness. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, has a strong understanding of financial principles and is passionate about working cross-functionally to solve operations problems at pace.
What you’ll do:
- Develop pricing strategy: Build Lime’s strategy to improve how Street Ops tasks are priced and simplify execution for operators, collaborating with business and technology (Product & Data Science) stakeholders from ideation to implementation.
- Optimize pricing for Street Operations tasks: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of labor spend and performance via a data-led approach.
- Collaborate and influence: Partner with local operations teams to understand market dynamics and land recommendations which are both profitable and benefit on-the-ground operations. Independently lead presentations and build documentation to influence senior stakeholders.
- Build data tools for local ops teams: Improve local operators visibility of pricing recommendations and their impact on key business outcomes through user-friendly dashboards and reporting.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics and strategy (focus in operations, pricing or equivalent), with proven track record of driving cost and operational improvements.
- Extremely strong proficiency in data analytics including advanced SQL, spreadsheet, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau).
- Strong understanding of financial principles and how labor pricing impacts operations as well as P&L.
- High attention to detail, with focus on accuracy in pricing decisions and financial impact.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally (technology & business teams) and confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Optimism and enthusiasm to solve problems in a fast-developing space, balancing real-time value realization with longer term strategy.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in developing pricing models and tooling for labor/services - particularly across multiple geographies.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced scaling-up environment.
