Lime is hiring a Logistics Provider (LP) Compliance Associate to join our Global Operations team! We are looking for a process & detail-oriented, collaborative operator who is excited to play a key role in enhancing our operations whilst ensuring rigorous contractual compliance.

As Lime continues to scale globally, maintaining a compliant, resilient, and well-governed network of B2B service providers is critical to delivering safe, reliable, and efficient operations. In this role, you will serve as the primary owner of LP compliance processes and contract & documentation governance. You will partner with local operations, legal, Product, government relations & project leaders to identify required contractual or process changes and coordinate implementation. This role is critical to maintaining sustainable operational excellence and the future success of our LP program.

This is a hybrid role, with approximately 10% of your time spent working from local warehouses or travelling as needed.

What You’ll Do:

  • LP Lifecycle Management & Automation: Drive a standardized process for Logistics Provider onboarding, renewals, updates, and offboarding - driving simplification, automation and data quality improvements.
  • Compliance Reporting & Insights: Own global LP contract reporting, review and tracking, providing visibility into coverage, exceptions, expiries, and remediation.
  • Legal & Operational Enablement: Partner with Legal, Local Operations and key project teams to translate approved operational requirements into scalable processes, documentation and contract updates.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Develop a risk-based compliance framework, proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
  • Governance & Cross-Functional Ownership: Document and maintain clear ownership, workflows, and service-level expectations across Central Operations, Local Operations, Legal, and Logistics Providers; follow up on issues and elevate blockers.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B operations, compliance, vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience managing documentation, contracts, audits, or compliance programs involving external vendors.
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheet, documentation management, and workflow tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information and recommendations to Legal, Operations, Product, Government Relations, and external audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a commitment to process accuracy.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting compliance, procurement, vendor management, or operations programs in a high-growth technology, logistics, mobility, or marketplace business.
  • Extensive knowledge of contract administration processes, certificates of insurance, business registration requirements, and vendor qualification practices.
  • Experience conducting audits and developing compliance reporting or dashboards.
  • Experience working with contract lifecycle management (CLM), procurement, or vendor management systems.
  • SQL proficiency and Fountain platform experience is a plus (spreadsheet is a must!).
