Lime is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our People Solutions Team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining timely, accurate HR system data and driving Workday strategy with a deep focus on Time/Attendance, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, Security, and Business Process Management. You will work independently to tackle complex functional problems, acting as a bridge between technical configurations and business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to translate business requirements into Workday solutions and explain complex system behaviours in plain language to end-users. This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the United Kingdom to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You’ll Do:
- System Configuration & Optimization
- Core Modules: Lead the configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday modules, specifically focusing on Advanced Compensation, Security, and Business Process Management.
- Complex Time Tracking: Lead the configuration of Time & Attendance with a specific focus on managing complex EMEA-regional requirements (e.g., Working Time Directives, varied holiday calendars, and overtime rules).
- Solution Design: Tackle complex functional problems by identifying and evaluating data, crafting innovative solutions even when information is limited.
- Process Improvement: Proactively recommend process improvements, policy changes, or innovative solutions to meet business challenges, ensuring approval by leadership prior to implementation.
- Reporting, Analytics & Compliance
- Compliance: Serve as a point of contact for global data regulations, with a specific focus on GDPR and data privacy. Act as a key partner in maintaining SOX compliance, managing the required documentation, and ensuring all system controls meet rigorous audit standards.
- Report Writing: Write, maintain, and support a variety of complex reports and queries to support ongoing business needs.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity by establishing and performing audits, and analyzing data relationships between connected systems.
- Stakeholder Consultation & Influence
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a consultative partner to HRBP, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams, proactively identifying where Workday configuration can solve business pain points before they become escalations.
- Translation: Translate complex business requirements into effective Workday configurations, and conversely, translate technical Workday concepts into plain language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Support & Training: Provide high-level support for researching and resolving unexpected system results or process flaws. Develop user procedures and train stakeholders on new processes and functionality.
- Project Management
- Project Lead: Utilize project management skills to manage specific HR initiatives, working independently from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Prioritization: Effectively prioritize conflicting needs from multiple stakeholders to ensure critical business deadlines are met.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Workday experience, with a primary focus on system configuration and optimization. Experience leading at least one full-cycle implementation or major optimization project in Time & Absence or Advanced Comp.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with US Benefits configuration.
- Experience with Workday Integrations.
- Proficiency in building Dashboards.
