Home Start Field-Based
No Basic Salary Provided - Commission Only - Uncapped (Realistic OTE £100k+)
You will operate as an independent contractor. Your income is generated solely through commission on completed sales. There isno basic wage, and earnings depend entirely on your performance. Attending no more than 3 appointments a day with a current average conversion rate of 1 sale in every 3.5 appointments.

Your Role
- Attendpre-booked homeowner appointments
- Conduct consultations for solar PV & battery storage systems
- Deliver professional, structured sales presentations
- Design tailored renewable energy solutions
- Explain cost savings, ROI, and incentives
- Complete all documentation accurately
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience indirect or field sales
- Experience inhome improvement salesis preferred and solar knowledge would be an advantageous.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for renewable energy
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Right to work in the UK
