This role is part of the Global Real Estate team. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Real Estate & Construction EMEA, you will manage and oversee all capital projects in EMEA and support global projects in collaboration with our US-based Construction Manager. You’ll partner with Trust & Safety to create and implement internal-facing SOPs, and you’ll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Construction Projects from Start to Finish: Oversee planning, design coordination, permitting, procurement, scheduling, construction, and project close-out.
  • Deliver High-Quality Spaces: Ensure fit-outs and renovations meet functional, operational, and aesthetic standards, while staying on budget and schedule.
  • Manage Vendors & Contractors: Source, evaluate, and oversee contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, and performance.
  • Own Budgets & Schedules: Develop and track financial and time targets, proactively identifying risks and driving mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety: Guarantee adherence to local building codes, permits, zoning, and environmental/safety regulations.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with Ops, Finance, and cross-functional partners to align construction projects with business goals.
  • Standardize & Scale Practices: Apply best practices and repeatable processes to improve efficiency and consistency across markets.
  • Track & Report Performance: Monitor key metrics (cost, timeline, quality) and provide transparent reporting to leadership.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to reduce costs, shorten timelines, and enhance sustainability.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing construction or real estate projects in EMEA or North America, preferably in fast-paced, operationally complex environments.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, advanced Excel/Google Sheets; data visualization.
  • Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, with proven ability to work alongside Finance, Ops, IT, and Real Estate teams.
  • Confident problem-solver, able to balance immediate needs with long-term strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with cultural fluency across multiple regions.
  • Multilingual (Spanish, French or German a strong plus).
  • Willingness to travel (~15–20%) to warehouses and project sites for implementation and standardization.
