Job Title: Linen Porter
We are seeking a dedicated Linen Porter to join our housekeeping team at Lime Wood Hotel, a boutique country house in the New Forest National Park. This role involves:
- Replenishing stock of used and new linens.
- Providing friendly and efficient service to guests, supporting Room Attendants in turning around rooms promptly and consistently.
- Collaborating with the housekeeping team and supporting each other as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized stock room, reporting stock discrepancies to management.
- Having a keen eye for detail, reporting any snags or room maintenance issues to management.
- Handling linens carefully and ensuring proper storage.
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required, as full training will be provided. Please note, this is a physically demanding role requiring standing for long periods, lifting, and maneuvering heavy linens and furniture. A proactive, motivated attitude and high service standards are essential.
