We are currently looking for a Linen Porter to join our dedicated housekeeping team at the award winning, Lime Wood Hotel.
Lime Wood is a 33-bedroom boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park.
It is laid-back 5* luxury at its best, with Chefs Angela Hartnett and Luke Holder at the helm of the kitchen and a wellness spa within the grounds.

About the role
Responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Replenishing the stock of used and new linens.
- Providing a friendly and efficient service to our guests, supporting our Room Attendants with the turn around of all rooms in a consistent and timely manner.
- Working collaboratively with our housekeeping team, supporting each other as/when required.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy stock room, reporting any stock discrepancies to the management team.
- Having a keen eye for detail. Reporting any snags or required room maintenance to the management team.
- Manoeuvring linens and ensuring linens are stored appropriately.
About you
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial. No experience is required as full training will be provided.
Please note, this role is a physically demanding role, requiring you to be on your feet throughout.
Lifting and manoeuvring of furniture and heavy linens will be required.
A proactive and motivated attitude towards work, providing high standards of service is essential.
